Privacy notice.

TP Institute is the controller of personal information collected through this website. This notice explains how information submitted through our contact and application forms is used.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, contact details, nationality or first language, employment information, training and therapy background, your reasons for applying, interview preferences and other information you choose to provide.

Application wellbeing information

The application form gives applicants the option to disclose relevant physical, emotional or mental health information and medication. This is sensitive personal information. It is optional, and where you choose to provide it we ask for your explicit consent to use it for admissions and training-suitability assessment.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, assess applications, arrange interviews, administer admissions and communicate about TP Institute training. We do not use application wellbeing information for marketing.

Website forms

This website is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions may be processed and stored by Netlify as a service provider to TP Institute. Access to application information should be limited to people involved in admissions and administration.

Retention

We aim to keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for any legitimate administrative or legal requirements. Sensitive wellbeing information should not be retained longer than necessary for admissions and training administration.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may contact TP Institute through the contact page about a privacy request.
