Terms &
Conditions.
The terms governing applications, enrolment and participation in TP Institute training.
Effective date: 1 January 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your enrolment, participation and relationship with TP Institute, a personal development organisation specialising in Transpersonal Coaching, Counselling and Psychotherapy training. By applying to or enrolling in any TP Institute course, workshop or programme, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility & Entry Requirements
Prospective students must have completed secondary education to the equivalent of GCSE or O-level standards. Proof of education may be requested.
Applicants must complete all application forms, questionnaires and interviews as part of the admissions process.
TP Institute reserves the right to refuse admission if it is determined that the applicant does not meet eligibility requirements, or that the programme is not suitable.
2. Application & Acceptance
Applicants must submit the online application form along with a deposit of intent (amount specified per course).
Completion of all required questionnaires and in-depth application forms is mandatory.
Acceptance is subject to successful review of application forms and completion of interviews with course leaders.
Students will be notified of acceptance and provided with payment terms and enrolment instructions in writing.
3. Fees & Payment
Fees must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule agreed at acceptance.
Students secure their place on a course with an Intentional Deposit.
TP Institute reserves the right to suspend access to courses if fees are unpaid.
Additional costs (e.g. textbooks, therapy sessions, supervision sessions) may apply and are the responsibility of the student.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
The Intentional Deposit is fully refundable if the student is not accepted into the course. Once a student is accepted and the course is booked, the deposit becomes non-refundable, except in cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g. serious illness). A non-refundable Intentional Deposit may be transferred to a future course at the discretion of TP Institute, subject to availability and confirmation.
Withdrawal from a course after acceptance will be reviewed on an individual basis. As a general rule, participants who withdraw may be required to cover fees equivalent to an additional three modules. Final financial obligations will be determined according to the specific circumstances of the withdrawal.
TP Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses; in such cases, fees will be refunded or applied to an alternative course.
5. Attendance & Participation
Students are expected to maintain a minimum attendance requirement (e.g. 80% of live sessions).
Participation in experiential, practical and in-room activities is mandatory for successful completion.
Students must complete all assignments, reflective work and supervised practice sessions as part of the course requirements.
6. Student Conduct
Students must adhere to professional, ethical and respectful conduct at all times.
Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in suspension or termination of enrolment without refund.
Students must respect confidentiality in all peer and client interactions.
7. Use of Materials & Intellectual Property
Course materials are the intellectual property of TP Institute and are for personal, educational use only.
Students may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit course content without written permission.
8. Health, Safety & Wellbeing
Students undertake courses at their own risk, particularly during experiential exercises, somatic practices or meditation sessions.
Students should disclose any relevant health conditions that may affect participation.
TP Institute does not provide medical advice; students must seek professional medical guidance where necessary.
9. Supervision & Personal Therapy
Certain courses require supervised client practice and/or personal therapy sessions.
These sessions may incur additional costs and must be arranged according to course guidelines.
10. Equality & Inclusion
TP Institute is committed to inclusive education and equal opportunities for all students, regardless of age, culture, nationality, gender, sexual orientation or background.
11. Limitation of Liability
TP Institute will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage incurred by students while participating in courses, except where caused by gross negligence.
Students are responsible for personal belongings and travel arrangements.
12. Data Protection
